Beginner Level
Start them with basic fundamentals of tennis like,
- Give details about a Tennis ball and Tennis Racquet and its nature
- Teaching them basic grips and how to hold a Racquet
- Teach them hand eye coordination skill level 1 and 2
- Teach them about court dimension and make them feel the court by walking around it.
- Teaching them how to swing a Racquet
- Teach them how to play swing the racquet to the ball
- Teach them how to play basic forehand swing and back hand swing and the corresponding grips.
- Teach them how to play basic volleys and their corresponding grips.
- Teach them how to play a smash and serves.
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Improve the basics with repetition and start with movement progression drills.
- Introduction to movement drills
- Introduction to footwork, speed and agility
- Teach them how to play moving forehand, backhand
- Teach them how to play moving volley
- Teach them how to play moving smash
- Teach them how to do a complete serve
- work on coordination level 3 and 4


SEMI ADVANCED LEVEL
Improve strokes with movement and start with consistency and speed drills
- Introduction to rally
- Teach them Coordination Drills level 5 and 6
- Teach them how to play points
- Teach them about Technical part of the stroke play for different variation and speed of the ball
- Teach them court positioning
- Teach them ball reading and breathing pattern
- Teach them preparation and execution for different variation of ball.
- Teach them about control for every shot.
Advanced Level
Improve consistency in strokes with speed and balance
- Introduction to speed and consistent rally
- Teach them how to hit the strokes with balance and speed
- Teach them coordination drills level 7
- Introduction to Tactical game plan
- Teach them how to hit Targets and set the drills accordingly
- Start with set plays and match plays
- Introduction to mind game
- Teaching them work ethics for a tournament play


CARDIO TENNIS TRAINING
CARDIO TENNIS IS A METHOD OF TENNIS TRAINING WHERE YOU BURN 600 TO 800 CALORIES/HOUR WITH NO EXPERIENCE OF TENNIS EVER. IT’S A SERIES OF CARDIO VASCULAR TENNIS RELATED EXERCICES AND DRILLS WHICH HELPS ANYONE TO BURN CALORIES IN AN HOUR. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN BELOW 12 YEARS AND SENIORS ABOVE 60 YEARS AS IT IS CARDIO RELATED.
