Improve strokes with movement and start with consistency and speed drills.

Introduction to Rally.
Teach them coordination drills level 5 and 6.
Teach them how to play points.
Teach them about technical part of the strokes play for different variation and speed of the ball.
Teaching them court positioning.
Teach them ball reading and breathing pattern.
Teach them preparation and execution for different variation of the ball.
Teach them about control for every shot.
